We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase made from Zaiduxe. If you are not satisfied with a handbag, you may request a return or exchange.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of order delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, handbags must be unused or almost unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

All return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days after approval.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for delivery charges in case of exchanges.

Orders above Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only and are not refundable.

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong handbag received, Zaiduxe will bear all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
