We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase made from Zaiduxe. If you are not satisfied with your handbag, you may request a return.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of order delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, handbags must be unused or minimally used, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

All return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for delivery charges in case of exchanges.

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect handbag received, Zaiduxe will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
